The spacing of the rear wheel bolts, and the apparent lack of external bolts on the lower "dog-leg" (the sheet metal that goes down the outside of the radiator) are the clues to arrive at that range of years. It is part of the "N" series of tractors ( 9n, 2n, 8n,) built from 1939-1952 and are pretty much the same tractor with a few major and many minor improvements added over the course of production. Get a 9n-2n manual and you'll be fine- get it out of the weather and you'll do better!
